Common questions

What would you
like to know?

Who is EcoMata built for?

EcoMata is built for Nigerian residential estates and managed properties, from a single community to a portfolio of sites. Estate managers, residents, field teams and gate officers each have a place in the workflow.

Do all residents need to download an app?

No. Residents can use their estate’s connected WhatsApp channel or the resident web portal. The Android and iOS management app is for estate administrators, managers and field supervisors.

Can we manage more than one estate?

Yes. EcoMata supports multiple estates under one organisation, with access based on each person’s role and assigned sites. Each estate keeps its own residents, properties and operational records.

How does an estate get started?

Create your account, verify your contact details and sign in. You can then set up your estate’s property register, reporting categories, team and service connections. Setup progress can be saved and resumed. Operations begin after the estate’s readiness and activation review.
